   The working principle of plunger pump:

Plunger pump is a kind of reciprocating pump, which belongs to volume pump. Its plunger is driven by eccentric rotation of the pump shaft. It moves reciprocating. Its suction and discharge valves are unidirectional valves. When the plunger is pulled out, the pressure in the working room decreases and the outlet valve closes. When the pressure is lower than the inlet pressure, the inlet valve opens and the liquid enters. When the plunger is pushed in, the pressure in the working room rises and the inlet valve closes. When the pressure is higher than the outlet pressure, the outlet valve opens and the liquid discharges. When the transmission shaft drives the cylinder to rotate, the swashplate pulls the plunger out of the cylinder or pushes it back to complete the oil suction and drainage process. The oil in the working chamber composed of the plunger and the cylinder bore is communicated with the suction and discharge chambers of the pump respectively through the oil distribution pan. Variable mechanism is used to change the inclination of the swashplate. The displacement of the pump can be changed by adjusting the inclination of the swashplate.


Oil feeding process

When the protruding part of the cam is turned away, under the action of spring force, the plunger moves downward, and the upper space of the plunger (called pump oil chamber) produces vacuum. When the upper end of the plunger opens the oil inlet hole on the plunger sleeve, the diesel oil filled in the upper body oil passage of the pump enters the pump oil chamber through the oil hole, and the plunger moves to the lower stop point. The oil is over.



Fuel supply process

When the camshaft turns to the convex part of the cam and lifts the roller body, the plunger spring is compressed, the plunger moves upward, and the fuel is compressed. A part of the fuel flows back to the upper body of the injection pump through the oil hole. When the top surface of the plunger covers the upper edge of the oil inlet hole on the sleeve, the pump oil chamber on the top of the plunger becomes a sealed oil chamber because of the small gap between the plunger and the sleeve (0.0015-0.0025 mm). The plunger continues to rise, and the oil pressure in the pump oil chamber rises rapidly. When the pump oil pressure exceeds the spring force of the oil outlet valve and the residual pressure of the high-pressure tubing, the pump oil pressure is pushed out. Oil valve, high-pressure diesel oil enters the high-pressure fuel pipe through the oil outlet valve, and injects into the combustion chamber through the injector.



Oil return process

When the inclined groove (stop supply side) on the plunger is connected with the return oil hole on the sleeve, the low-pressure oil circuit of the pump chamber communicates with the middle and radial holes and inclined grooves on the plunger head, and the oil pressure drops sharply. The oil outlet valve closes rapidly under the action of spring force and stops the oil supply. After that, the plunger will go up. When the protruding part of the cam is turned away, the plunger will go down again under the action of the spring. Then the next cycle begins.


A plunger pump is based on the principle of a plunger. There are two one-way valves on a plunger pump. In the opposite direction, there is negative pressure in the cylinder when the plunger moves in one direction. When the one-way valve opens, the liquid is sucked into the cylinder. When the plunger moves in another direction, the other one-way valve is opened and sucked into the cylinder after the liquid is compressed. The liquid in the cylinder is discharged. Continuous oil supply is formed after continuous movement of this working mode.

Hydraulically driven parallel bars of plunger pumps operate with high pressure, large flow rate, very low loss and no loss parts. They can operate continuously for 24 hours with low operating cost. It adopts imported hydraulic system, which runs smoothly, works continuously and reliably, and has no pressure fluctuation. Flow and pressure can be adjusted and controlled according to demand.
